ROSATOM Registers New Digital Platform for Industrial Facilities Management

The digital products of the company Rusatom Smart Utilities (is part of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM) expand the ecosystem of Russian software within the framework of import substitution. The most up-to-date version of the solution Infrastructure IoT Platform version 1.3 created by the company has been included in the Unified Register of Computer Software and Databases. The software is aimed to automate and dispatch engineering systems of buildings, configure energy-efficient modes of equipment operation at industrial facilities, in office buildings and residential houses. The platform has a built-in system of integration with digital twins of buildings (BIM). It has a functional of emergencies prevention. The software is actively implemented at real estate facilities drawing customers’ interest owing to easy and quick configuration, fail-safe operation, and competitive pricing.

The software Infrastructure IoT Platform has the functional SCADA to dispatch and manage engineering equipment in buildings in order to create a situational center and engineering systems control center of an enterprise. Owing to the built-in functional, the solution allows to lower operational costs, optimize operation of engineering systems and improve efficiency of attending personnel.

Currently, this software is being implemented at a large facility of more than 50 thousand sq. meters in area. It is equipped with engineering equipment generating more than 50 thousand signals per second. The facility is located in the central region and is the working place for several hundreds of people, the operation of the critically important infrastructure is ensured.

Besides, nearby 10 pilot projects have been implemented using Rusatom Smart Utilities’ platform all over the territory of Russia. The application practice confirms reduction of operational costs from 9 down to 16%; at the same time, labor productivity of employees grows five-fold.

A new version of the platform Smart City 2.1 was included in the register in May as well. Now this register has as many as 10 digital services of Rusatom Smart Utilities for high-efficient city management. The company’s product portfolio has solutions for management of a city, public utilities infrastructure, resource supply and municipal economy, development of tourism and hospitality industry, interaction with population, development of business activity, intelligent transport systems, etc.
